Hrím is the Icelandic collaboration of Ösp Eldjárn, Anil Sebastian and Cherif Hashizume.

In Icelandic, Hrím is hoarfrost, or rime. In Hindi, Hrim is a mantra of magical force, captivation and empowerment. Hrím’s music is other-worldly, ethereal and intricate yet somehow epic and cinematic. Perhaps no surprise given that Hrím is pioneering a newly emerging intersection between the cinematic post-classical work of artists like Jon Hopkins and Guy Sigsworth the electronics of Björk and ARCA. The soaring vocals of Ösp Eldjárn and airy vocal landscapes of Anil Sebastian create utterly unique choral textures underpinned by the elegant electronics of Cherif Hashizume.
